Seti River Rafting is a pleasant kind of water sport in Nepal. The Seti River gets its birth from the glaciers around the twin peaks of Api and Nampa situated in the Southern slopes of Himalaya Region. This area is near to the region where the border of Nepal, India and China meet. This river is one of the major tributaries of the Karnali River System of Nepal. Before joining the Karnali River, it comes down through various ranges of steepness to gain its speed and also cuts a gorge beautifully in the Mahabharata Range.

This enduring trip begins in Damauli which is a six hours of drive from the Kathmandu Valley and 1 and a half hours from Pokhara. Along with Seti River Rafting, a lot of tourists want to ride down to Trishuli and to Pokhara or to Royal Chitwan National Park.

Seti River Rafting Itinerary:

Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu Airport [1,338m/4,389ft] and transfer to hotel to stay overnight

Day 02: Drive/fly from Kathmandu to Pokhara takes 6 hours/35 minutes. Hotel overnight

Day 03: Drive to Damauli [157m/515ft] from Pokhara [827m/2,713ft] and rafting for 3 hours. Hotel overnight

Day 04: Rafting for 3 hours and drive to Kathmandu or Pokhara
