Annapurna Hiking |

The Annapurna region lies toward the north of Central Nepal. The region is well known for the most dramatic natural scenery, deep valleys, gorge, high mountain passes, and sub-tropical to alpine vegetation, Buddhist monasteries, Muktinath Temple, villages, ethnic people, their culture and lifestyle. The region consists of Annapurna peaks, Mt. Dhaulagiri, Mt. Annapurnas I, II, III & IV, Kali Gandaki River and several climbing peaks.
The most prominent ethnic groups of people are Gurung, Thakali and Managhis. Animals found here are Pika, blue sheep and Himalayan Thar and vegetation ranges from tropical species to temperate forest of oak, beech and rhododendron. Mustang or Lo Manthang, the desert plateau located in the upper valley of the river Kali Gandaki, and to the north of the main Himalayan range also falls in this region. The popular trekking routes of this region are Jomsom, Annapurna Circuit and Annapurna Base Camp , Annapurna foothills, Siklis, Lamjung, Dhaulagiri, Upper Mustang and around Pokhara. The best time to visit this region for trekking and mountaineering is during spring and autumn. |

Fly to Pokhara; wandering Lake Site, boating in Fewa, Seti gorge many more |
| Day 03 |

Drive to Naya Pul (New bridge), and hike to Tikhe Dhunga(1495m/4905ft). |
| Day 04 |

Trek to Ghorepani (2850m/9350ft): This is a pleasant walking day today. We trek through rhododendron and oak forests and across streams before making a short, final climb to Nangethanti. From Nangethanti we head up to Ghorepani (2850m). |
| Day 05 |

Ghorepani to Poon Hill to Tadapani (2520m/8268ft): An early start and an hour hiking to Poon Hill (3195m) leads us to a brilliant spectacle, this vantage point provides an unobstructed view of sunrise over the high Himalayas. After spending about 40 minutes on the hillside, we come back to Ghorepani, have a hot breakfast, and start walking to Tadapani. From Ghorepani the trail climbs along ridges and through pine and rhododendron forests to Deurali (2960m). We descend to reach Banthanti, before winding our way to Tadapani (2540m). |

Tadapani to Ghandruk (1950m/6398ft): Our descent brings us to the village of Ghandruk around noon. We will overnight here so have the afternoon to visit the Annapurna conservation office and museum. |
